By Janice Ewing

Expect to make mistakes

Acknowledge, forgive, keep going

Expect others to make mistakes

Acknowledge, forgive, keep going

Set plans

Accept that plans will change

Set goals

Reach some of them

Discover new ones

Slice daily

No matter what

    Hello Janice!

First of all, thank you so kindly for shedding a little perspective on a mundane task of list making. I am an avid list maker who takes joy in crossing items off my list however large or small they are. My to-do-lists consist of various homework assignments and chores for the house, but I never once considered the behavioral aspects of life and how I do them on a daily basis. Embracing change, forgiving others, and accepting mistakes are three actions humans struggle to achieve. I myself am working on improving my life and will certainly keep these challenges of life in mind as I go through my day. I appreciate the meaningful insight and relatable message. I wish you luck reaching your goals!

    Sincerely,
    Amber C

I love the structure of this post and the content of your to do list! I will have to use this structure to do some scrapbooking journaling…documenting a trip, holiday or birthday! Thanks for sharing!

Reading this made me take a deep breath and say, “Yes,” to each thing you noted. The repetition of acknowledge, forgive, keep going was very powerful to me, probably because I needed to be reminded of that today. 🙂 Have a great week.
